Refund and Cancellation Policy

For all our programs: Once a student has completed the purchase of a program, Crystal Prep will not provide refunds for program fees or prices under any circumstances.

If an error occurs during payment, resulting in duplicate charges, please contact us at payments@crystalprep.com, and we will promptly issue a refund for any duplicate payments within 10 working days of the request.

Any payments received without prior solicitation will be returned, and appropriate authorities will be notified if necessary.
